With the exponential rise in the Covid cases, India’s depleting healthcare system is overwhelmed and stressed beyond imagination. After witnessing a brutal few weeks, Covid-19 cases are declining – at least that’s what the numbers are telling us, especially in cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Bhopal and others. But this is not an all India figure. The second wave is spreading to the rest of the country.
The situation in small towns and villages are worsening by the day. With few testing facilities, minimal healthcare centres and resource crunch, people continue to suffer. The worst part is, it remains uncounted.
